QI GONG
Qi gong can be defined as a discipline originating in China which involves the execution of physical exercises associated with breath and mind control.
It is a discipline born from the combination of knowledge deriving from traditional medicine, philosophy and Chinese martial arts.
It involves the execution of particular and determined movements in coordination with breathing and associated with mental concentration and meditation techniques.
This discipline aims to self-cure and increase one's internal energy - the qi, in fact - which flows in the meridians that run through the body of each individual.
Qi gong can be understood as the capacity and ability to cultivate, balance, strengthen and increase the vital energy qi, in order to achieve a 360° well-being that includes both the body as well as the mind and spirit.
