WELL-BEING PSYCHOLOGY
AESTHETIC PSYCHOLOGY
Aesthetic psychology is proposed as a multidisciplinary research that aims to study the perceptive, cognitive and behavioral processes that allow and define every experience of beauty.
Starting from the assumption that beauty does not only concern the world of 'images', aesthetic psychology aims to bring beauty to life as a force of orientation towards positivity, well-being and emotional expression, working so that "the beautiful ” is not perceived as an abstract "concept" or as a mere set of techniques useful for disguising defects and making people appear more desirable.
PSYCHO-WELLNESS, PSYCHOLOGICAL CHECK-UP and WELLNESS CENTER
From Body Cool, a suitable place for the "search for well-being", it is inevitable to propose a path of awareness, which does not only touch the physical sensations but also the emotional and psychological ones, the result of an integrated approach, which involves all professionals of health and well-being.
The psychologist works on the strengths and weaknesses that characterize each individual; does not only deal with mental health understood as therapy for the treatment of psychological disorders, but also with everything concerning the well-being of the person.
In fact, we speak of psychological support in moments of generalized malaise and states of anxiety and stress that prevent the individual from facing more or less long moments and periods of discomfort.
Awareness Path
The path of awareness is based on the principle that general well-being must be sought not only outside ourselves but also within ourselves: with the right awareness of one's own psychological and emotional state, accompanied by a professional towards the discovery of the true self, one can find those personal resources that have been lost.
Ultimately, our Psychologist aims to help the person make the best use of their abilities in dealing with those obstacles that could undermine their well-being including:
-
Path of psycho-physical relaxation and stress management
-
sleep hygiene;
-
Management of psychosomatic disorders and chronic pain;
-
Body weight management course;
-
Change in self image.
