WELL BEING

Our study pays particular attention to well-being understood in the targeted metabolic and intestinal integration following innovative genetic and epigenetic self-tests.
In today's hectic and distracted lifestyle, we eat in a hurry with little time to cook using processed and frozen foods rich in additives, frequently away from home.
We unbalance the diet without controlling the raw materials used, little movement, a lot of time indoors and little time in the sun and in the open air, combined with the constantly increasing environmental and electromagnetic pollution with the consequent spread of allergies and intolerances, inflammation , pain and chronic headaches, as well as cardiovascular pathologies, diabetes and unfortunately degenerative diseases and the consequent regular consumption of drugs.
The alternative is natural, organic foods that respect the environment and human health, combined with supplements that help us prevent and mitigate problems before they become pathologies.
